Refund Policy

At, The Virtual Ally client satisfaction is our priority. While we strive to deliver excellent service, we have clear policies for refunds or adjustments:

Refund Conditions:

  • Refunds are considered if services were not delivered as outlined in the project agreement

  • Requests must be made within 2 days after receipt of the payment

Service Adjustments:

  • If minor issues arise, we provide revisions or corrections at no extra cost

  • Major adjustments may incur additional charges depending on project scope
